feat(kanban): load ALL accessible tasks by default (no 100-card cap); new global setting kanban_max_cards (Admin > Settings): 0 = show everything at once, N = chunked with automatic load-more on scroll (IntersectionObserver); honest summary counter shows real total; task list API supports limit=0 = unlimited
